Christ The King Ngando


Christ the King Ngando was started on 6th January 1982 as a daughter church of St Francis parish Karen. At that time the retired Archbishop the Most Rev. Dr. Benjamin Nzimbi was then the vicar of St. Francis Karen.

From a humble Mabati structure, Christ the King Church Ngando was built and dedicated On 22nd December 1999 by the late Archbishop The Most Rev. Dr. Manasses Kuria. The church is built on a plot purchased in 1989 at Racecourse.

The first Vicar in this parish was Rev. Stephen Njenga. Currently the vicar is Rev. Charles Orodi and the Curate is Rev. Paul Inuvu.
